The style that started the craft beer revolution on the far side of America. Caramel malt backbone supports balanced bitterness. A classic hop combo of Citra & Simcoe brings citrus and pine. All fermented with Vermont yeast for an additional tropical hit. A modern West Coast.

440ml can from the brewery. Hazy dark gold/amber, medium off white frothy head. Aroma of citra hops come through strong, very herb like cats piss. Some floral and malty background noticeable. Taste is quite malty, touch of caramel, yeast, citrus, tangy citrus zest, stone fruits. Moderate bitter and tangy finish, some spice. Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Quite a malty IPA. More on the heavy than refreshing side. Its one of those beers that grows on you the more you have.
