Like a welcome breeze in the summer heat, this light pale ale refreshes and quenches your thirst. Brewed using authentic Asian root ginger and lemongrass for a subtle kick and delicate citrus notes, and hopped with Chinook, Centennial and Kohatu for a moderate bitterness.

Keg at The Stockbridge Tap, Edinburgh. It pours clear amber amber with a small fizzy white head. The nose is fiery gingerbeer, lemongrass, seeds and crackers. The taste is crisp, bitter, spicy ginger, toasted grain, lemongrass and straw with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, pricky carbonation. Works quite well. Refreshing summer action.
