Bottle, 25cl. An oily, clear and dark reddish, purpleish brown mead, still and oily. There’s honey, alcohol and a spiced touch in the aroma, with a good dash of sweetness and loads of blackberry. It’s sweet and full-bodied, lightly warming and with a good honey acidity. Honey, blackberry, sweetness and alcohol. Lasting finish. Really nice this one, showcasing the berries in a good way too. 241130

Flat, clear dark reddish color. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, berry skin, dried dark berries, bark, alcohol, honey. Taste is slightly dry funky fruity, berry skin, shed, dried dark berries, alcohol, bark, grass, minerals, honey. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.
