Drucken på flaska på Sandeloppen, Allinge. Bärnstensfärgad vätska med jästfällningar och lågt skum. Söt och fruktig med marsipan, torkade päron, fikon, jäst med lite kartonginslag, aromatiskt trä, låg beska. Trevlig men lite ofärdig på något sätt. Men kul med trappostinspirerat öl med en blinkning till nordens enda trappistkloster på Bornholm 1966-2024. Trevlig

Tap.Amber colour with medium white head.Aroma is sweet malty with flavor of caramel and hops mild rye and herbs to it as well.

Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter nice flavor. Long moderate bitter nice finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle 33 cl. Cloudy, opaque orangey brown with a small and creamy, beige head. Nose of overripe, oxidized fruits and molasses. Medium body, burned caramael to add to the aromas above. Honeyish, but never sweet. Quite a bitter finish, especially considering the style. Quite rustic. 020523

Draft. A dark amber beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of candy sugar, dusty hops, over ripe fruits, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, over ripe fruit, and dusty hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours hazy reddish copper brown with airy light tan head. Mild aroma of malt, with touches of caramel and yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sweetish notes of caramel malt and yeast, and sourish fruity touches. Acidic and nutty aftertaste with malty and caramellish nuances. Decent.
