En skikkelig IPA for den kresne. Humlet med fire forskjellige humletyper i fem steg og tørrhumlet med tre forskjellige humletyper. Håndtverksøl som er ufiltrert og upasteurisert. Bør lagres stående i noen timer før servering. Skjenkes forsiktig over i et glass, men la bunnfallet være igjen på flaska.

YG. Golden color with a white head. Aroma and flavor is pine, grapefruit, fruit, herbs, citrus. Decent.

Bottle. The label says Double IPA, but at 4.7 % ABV, that is pushing the limits. Quite a lot. Anyway, for a session IPA it's a hefty one, more malty and sure more piney and bitter than a usual SIPA. Quite bitter too. So anyway, it could resemble a West Coast DIPA, but it lacks a bit on body, and overall it's not particularly exciting. 646413 251226

Weird stuff. I agree. It is far away from a double ipa. A mild apa is more correct. Hazed golden and a fine head Decent intensity in the aroma Moderate sweet and a moderate bitterness Pale malt, herbal, fruity and citric flavor [On tap @ source]
