Une DIPA, assez forte en alcool et brassée avec du froment et de l'épeautre. Le houblon, qui est le focus ici, c'est du WVG (whitbread golding variety) belge! C'est un vrai houblon caméléon qui a différents profils aromatiques en fonction de comment on l'utilise et d’où il est cultivé. Celui-ci vient de Poperingen en Belgique et le challenge c'est de faire de la grosse double-IPA avec du houblon de chez nous... Ses arômes ont des notes de fruits à noyaux, herbacé et floral.

Very neipa ish ipa. Refreshing and tasty Cloudy yellow pour and a fine head. Ok lacing Fine intensity in the aroma. Mellow sweet and a fine carbonation level. Mild acidity Tropical , citric hoppy and pine in the flavor [On tap @ source]
