Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear light golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, unripe apples, minerals, yeast, apple cores, apple peel, flowers. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, unripe apples, sorrel, apple cores, hay, minerals, apple peel, flowers, hints of citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. A bit boring.
