A juicy and lightly sour beer infused with lime, fresh ginger, and Chinese Mu Tan tea for gentle fruit flavours and notes of peach. Enlivened with an addition of Citra hops for a bold citrus tang

5/3/2025. Tap at Beer Hatch, Norwich. Pours hazy/cloudy straw gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is lime juice, citrus, mild ginger, sherbet, unripened peach, chalky edge. Taste has lots of lime, moderate sweetness, light to moderate tartness and body. Light spritzy carbonation. Nicely done.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - murky yellow like homemade lemonade. Snow white, nicely proportioned head. Nose - it smells like homemade lemonade too or at least limeade. Taste - citrus up front with a little peach and something a bit like smoky funk at the back. Palate - light bodied, zesty sour finish. Overall - not so excited by this one.
