Lisbon backlog. On keg at the Pato Brewing bar in Cascais. Appearance - cloudy amber with a snow white head. Nose - gingerbread, soft toffee and fudge. Green apple lurking. Taste - fudge, ginger and nutmeg. Palate - quite sweet all the way through, medium bodied. Overall - a bit on the sweet side to be honest.
