Brewed in celebration of our love of lager a Scottish and German pale malt base with Munich and Vienna brings golden hues and a full flavour. German Spalt Select hops added throughout the boil bring a moreish bitterness and a crisp, dry finish.

Can from Against The Grain. Clear deep golden body with an off-white head that slowly fades. Steady carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of roasted malt, biscuit and brown bread. Flavour of earth and shortbread. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. A well made, biscuity lager.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden and clear with gentle carbonation and a big foamy off-white head. Nose - burnt brown bread and toffee. Taste - smoke and brown bread. Some citrus, banana and toffee too. Palate - light to medium bodied, creamy sweet middle. Some dryness on the finish. Overall - good.
