Can from Against The Grain - canned on 20th June, enjoyed on 20th July. Hazy deep golden body with a few flecks beneath a white head that slowly fades. Steady carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of rhubarb, chalky lemon, sea salt and white bread. Flavour is similar to the aroma - lots of yeast, orange pith and a hoppy, biting finish. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. This is an excellent beer and a true collaboration; you can taste the classic Pilot Blønd and the salty/tangy yeast from STF’s Belgian inspired beers is present. It all comes together beautifully. My only niggle is the powdery flecks floating around.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy orange with a decent off-white head. Nose - candied orange and orange barley sweets. Sweet spice. Taste - orange barley sweets and bready generally. Palate - medium bodied, creamy middle and lightly tangy finish. Overall - decent.
