We've collaborated with Freestyle hops to showcase one of their new experimental hop vartieties, Paradisi. Bred from Pacific Jade and NZ Male hops, Paradisi promises exciting white graprefruit and mixed tropical aromas with huge intense flavours. To extract as much flavour as possible while still making a juicy, easy drinking beer we went for a sessionale pale ale.

Frothy wgute fair mostly diminishing head. Greenish yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Can from Cork & Cask. Appearance - murky yellow to brown. Snow white head. Nose - orange and melon. Taste - orange crush, melon and mango. There's lurking grassiness but it's not intrusive. Palate - close to medium bodied, smooth middle and zesty finish. Overall - quite like this.
