A light, fruity, slightly spicy and vinous saison, where Chardonnay grape juice was added in a secondary fermentation.
This was brewed as a one-off colaboration between Kapusta Brewing and Ölofsson Brewing for a Beer Makers Dinner It's a playful take on a beer that taste as white wine.
"It's good, but it doesn't taste like beer". Ever heard that? Well, it's beer ok!

Draught at BA Gustav Malmö, on September 1, 2017.Hazy pale golden color, microbubbled white head with lots of lacing. Spicy, citrus, slight bretty taste. Bretty, citrus aftertaste. Weak mouthfeel, low CO2. Citrus, spicy scent.6/4/6/2/12=3.0

[ As Kapusta / Ölofsson Saisonnay ].Unclear - hazy matt medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, herbs, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, saison yeast, grapes - wine. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, herbs, saison yeast, grapes - wine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Draft @ Bishops Arms Gustav, Malmö. Pours a hazy yellow color with a long lasting white head. Has a fruity spicy yeasty grassy citrus zesty aroma. Fruity spicy yeasty citrusy grape flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty grape finish with hints of citrus.
