Manifestation of decadence and debauchery. Cognac barrel aged pastry stout with a blend of rich chocolate, vanilla and coconut flakes. Very limited availability, so you better act fast if you want a taste!

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Viscous black, no head. Aroma of cognac and coconut. Sweet with full body and viscous mouthfeel. Treacle, slight vanilla and lots of coconut. Syrupy warming finish. Fairly tolerable sweetness for a pastry stout.

0,44l can from the brewery. Canned 30.05.2023, bbe 30.05.2025. Very dark brown, almost black beer with small and very quickly totally vanishing head. Aroma has roasted malts, chocolate and some woody barrel. Flavor starts with licorice and turns into woody cognac with chocolate, roasted malts and bitter coffee. Wonderful, at least when aged for 8 months.

Heavy, roasty and quite dry with some cognac, apples and sweetish oaky notes, very mild hints of vanilla and coconut. Soft and not as stingy as many other Cognac BA stouts

Thankfully not too sharp cognac, not bad.
