Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2015 [ The 40th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 8th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Blue Monkey Junior Ape ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, fruity, pale malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Gravity cask at Nottingham festival 2015. Clear bright golden color, fluffy white head. Aroma of straw and lemon. Taste has lemon, lightly bitter finish.
