Grapefruit pine and a littl green onion. Pretty rich on flavour and better than I expected. Golden pour with decent head. Bitter tangy finish. Some. Some boozy caramel on finish. Decent body. Can.

12 ounce can from Trenton Road Takeout. Cloudy orange gold pour. Rocky beige head. Aroma is a bit tinny, then malty, then citrusy. Flavor upfront is sharp citrus. Notes of citric acid, lemon, orange and more lemon. Some residual sweetness, but overall, this is a bittersweet melange of grapefruit, orange, lemon and lime zest. Not so sure about the food pairing recommendations. I’m from Jersey and I wouldn’t drink this with a cheesesteak, pizza or brisket. Maybe better with Thai or Korean. Oh, and what exactly does lilly taste like?

From a can this stuff has a nose of sweet volatile pine, permeates all around the room. On the palate its some fruit with big bitter hop bite. Quite thick & viscous. Difficult. Pine tar sap mixed with fresh innertube mixed with unscented hand soap. Nasty nellie. Typical big ass IPA character, terribly on style.
