BrewDog advent calendar #3. Don’t get much cranberry, but a nice grapefruit IPA regardless.

Can number 3 in the advent box. Pours a mostly clear deep gold color with a decent sized long lived bubbly white head. Grapefruit and cranberry are most prominent. Light bread and a hit of bitterness in the finish. Not too bad.

12 ounce can from Total Wine Gainesville, VA, 7/10/22. Hazy amber, large tan head, good retention. Aroma of strong orange with grapefruit, cranberry. Taste is grapefruit, cranberry, pale malt. Juicy, mild bitterness.

Amber tan with a huge foamy head that left good lacing. Bitter and a bit musty with cranberry and grapefruit notes. Medium finish and body.

Can, mix pack from TWSP. Lightly hazy orange with a small beige head. Orange, grapefruit, cranberry nose. Cranberry, orange peel, grapefruit juice. Bitter, OK.

Can from a advent calendar. Color is clear pale but it has a slight orange or brown tint to it. For a wee heavy scotch its fairly well behaved on the taste buds. This attribute must be because its from the old country and not a fake brewdog from the USA? Oh, but now I see the label does say ohio. I'm liking this and its heavy alky content. Can barely tell there is any cranberry in there, but its there. Yea, so its brewed in ohio but listed as Scotland? Come now. So, I guess BD ohio does make something other than IPA, go figger. OK, I'm nor sure what is going on here but the label actually says its a cranberry and grapefruit IPA, what gives? I'm so confused. This brewdog labeling thing is straight up ass bullshit.
