Look, I like unobtrusive cheap pale lagers, so I'm a good ratebeerian to rate this $2 can o' local brew. Got it at total wine while visiting family in NC. Not much of a nose. Clear and pale as any macro cheap pale lager. Nice foamy white head, just like a domestic lager. First taste is just a little ruff, not bad, easy to get on to. Yes, there are hints of old country pilsner in there. Not bad overall, but needs a few years of experience to make it a good civilized cheap lager. Glad to have the chance to taste this one.
