This kolsch is all about Chico's two game winning streak. A little old school, and little new school, this Kolsch-style has a malty base of Heidelberg and Vienna malt, complemented with a late hop from modern Mosaic hops, which causes a haze to an otherwise light beer.

OK, got this from the source and its a $5 pounder can. I assume its pale yellow because its a kolsch since I drank it right from the can. It does tend to have a slight astringent bitter character to it. Otherwise its quite well behaved. Decent, like many domestic kolsch. Not bad overall but could use a few manners.
