When this can pours, be ready. It is pinkish clear but the foam is out of control. It smells a little of vinegar, rotting fermenting something, whew, tart wild all happy mixed up fermenting culture from all over the place. So tasty on the palate too, its like this beer that gathered all the fun fermenting organisms that were partying locally! It's a tart sour party in my mouth, such a welcomed experience. I'm liking this; some attributes of a real cantillon unsweetened ode lambic mixed with american wild yeast, really complex. Fun yet familiarly farmy.
