Big pounder can for $2 at vintage estate, nice place. Smell of off pine or rotten spruce permeates the area. Cloudy pour with a big foaming head. Goes craggy and then pours over the sides. Taste is big difficult fermenting green grapefruit rind IPA, the bitterness even makes me shudder a little. Yes, big bitter blasting bastard, border on impy dubbly eye-pee-aye territory. Mow you over like a brush cutter. Difficult to enjoy with its constant medicinal feel. Some co2 at least makes it almost drinkable. In the end its just another one sided unbalanced IPA mess, just like all the other stupid straight up ass ubiquitous IPA out there; there's a million of them - way too many in my opinion. Overall? Not impressed. You can get this taste anywhere, its so silly common.

Sample at the tap room. Clear dark orange color with a medium white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of hops, pine and malt. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, citrus and toasted malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Above average overall.
