Tap at the source. I wasn't expecting much form this beer since most 'craft' pale lagers are bullshit. This is not. Its a fine example of what a real pale lager can be. It starts off with a tremendously fresh beery smell. No excessive hops on the buds and just a clean bill of civilized yummy taste. Hay, yes there is a little hay in there, fresh cut hay at that. . One of the first craft lagers that I really liked. Nice job brothers! Great stuff. One of the best pale lagers I've tasted yet. Right up there with Fifty West American Lager, Straub American Lager, Alfa (Αλφα), Ringside Beer, Burgh'ers 1890 Lager & Busch Beer
