[ As Rockingham Elton Cascade 2015 ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity, pale malt, spicy notes.
