On tap at WBF 2025, pours a cloudy dark red with a small beige head. Aroma has some balsamic notes, Worcestershire sauce, and light wood. Flavour is clean, with nice balsamic, Worcestershire sauce, and tart red fruits. Well-constructed, finishing relatively dry and not too acetic. Very good.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours murky dull red with a white head. Balsamic, Worchestershire, and some red cherries on the nose. Flavour has tart cherries, vinegar. Kind of one-dimensional; too much acidity without any depth.
