Bottle. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Hoppy, coriander, orange notes. Taste: Hoppy, herbal, coriander and orange, orangepeel. Subtle notes of tea. Light sweetness, over moderate bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Ok.

330ml can: BB 5th Sep 2020. Drank at home a bit out of date (12th Feb 2021). Hazy body, dull golden in colour, on top a large white blanket of foam. Orange and Coriander in both the nose and taste, some other citrus esters and flavours join in, but it's mostly oranges for me, semi-bitter oranges though.

330ml can. Hazy gold, moderate sized white head, nice lacing. Aroma is fruity and aromatic, grapefruit, citrus, coriander. Taste is grapefruit, lemon, orange, coriander, subtle tea note at the end with a modest bitterness. A good body but a little dry on the mouthfeel. Overall its good.

Superbe IPA de la brasserie Lowlander où le thé blanc ajouté à la recette prend tout son sens enrichissant les arômes en lui donnant une touche toute personnelle (la coriandre étant plus discrète tout en conférant un peu de caractère). Mais ceci n'aurait servi à rien si cette IPA n'avait pas joui d'un excellent équilibre malt/houblon, doublé d'un alcool à 6% tout particulièrement efficace, permettant une bonne assise aromatique ainsi qu'une bonne vivacité avec une amertume racée (faisant cependant moins que ses 70 d'IBU). Le visuel est sur un blond doré, une effervescence moyenne avec de grosses bulles, et une mousse blanche de 3 mm. Le nez est très agréable sur la mangue, la pêche et le thé blanc donnant des arômes de type floral notamment avec des accents de jasmin. Belle complexité à l'attaque sur des arômes qui se complexifient avec mangue, pêche, abricot, ananas, coriandre, thé blanc et légères herbes. L'amertume est plus racée en seconde bouche avec une excellente prise en bouche et un alcool à 6 % qui impressionne. Les notes herbacées sont plus prégnantes en arrière-bouche alors que le final, d'une bonne longueur et sur une amertume brillante parachevant parfaitement la dégustation. Très poétique.

opalrescent golden colour, hugedense head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of lemon zest, coriander, grapefruity, piney and biscuity notes, as well as some teaf leaf; bittersweet taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; good one
