Brewed with Coriander and white tea. Citrusy, hoppy & bitter with refreshing notes of spice. Who gives a monkey? Dutch seafarers returning from the east would often bring back monkeys, which they would sell to tavern-keepers to pay off drinking debts. Our IPA, with its hints of botanicals and spice, is a tribute to those sailors’ spirit of adventure and quick thinking.

Bottle from a friend and drunk at home. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Some pale malt aroma some spicy aroma. A little spice on finish. OK easy drinking ipa. Pale malt in mouth is fine Some tea flavour light spice. Light orange flavour. Drinkable enough and hides abv well thanks Andrew

330ml bottle. Clear, orange golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity hoppy, minimally leafy and spicy aroma, pale and caramel malty background, hints of peach, a touch of coriander. Taste is fruity hoppy, slightly leafy and spicy, sweet-ish, pale and caramel malty basis, hints of peach and coriander, slightly surpressed hints of lemon, minimally soapy overtones. Oily texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Not overly hoppy, nice mouthfeel - OK.

Keg at taphuys. Pours golden, nose is peaches and cream, taste is sweet, fruity, toffee.

Can sample, small bubbly head, hazy and a bit intense yellow color, bread and orange marmalade maltiness, minerals, green bitterness and a bit of coriander at the aftertaste. Nice.

Hazy pale gold with a small, bubbly white head and a subtle lemony aroma. It's smooth and fruity, with a touch of bitterness, and a herbal element to it (presumably the coriander/tea)

Can. Hazy golden, medium white head, not so lasting. Somewhat citrusy nose, lemony, with gentler spices. Moderate bitterness, dry and herbal. Lasting aftertaste. Very dry. Lots of herbs here as well. Light body.

Pours a clear golden color with a medium head. Aroma of citrusy hops, light malts, coriander.
