Bottle from Perelka, Warszaw. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and smoked meat. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 150216

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich smoke, malt, grass, straw and hops. Nice smoky finish.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey golden colour with average, thick, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Smoky, spicy, slightly tart-ish aroma, hints of smoked liver sausage, brine, dill. Taste is mildly tart, smoky and spicy, hints of ham, smoked liver sausage, a fruity touch of apple, subtle sweetness; dry, minimally smoky finish, slightly prickling, refreshing carbonation. Massive aroma for its 3.2& abv, well balanced, harmonious - really nice.

Tap (ZUP, Wroclaw). Piwo klarowne z delikatna mgielka, piana w kolorze zlamanej bieli, obfita, gesta i trwala, delikatnie krazkujaca. Aromat bardzo wyraznie wedzony na srednim poziomie intensywnosci. Delikatnie wedzone w smaku, przyjemne musuje na jezyku, orzezwiajace, lekkie, srednio wysycone. Goryczka bardzo mala z subtelnym slodkawym posmakiem i malym kwaskiem na finiszu jest fajna kontra dla wedzonki i bardzo pobudza slinianki az chce sie wziac nastepny lyk. Calosc daje smaczne i pijalne piwo.
