This DIPA (or New England IPA) is, despite it's 100 IBU a quite balanced beer with a base of malt sweetness (no cara malt though)and tons of hops without being overly bitter.
Hopped mainly with loads of Mosaic, but also got some Summit, Columbus and Simcoe in it for extra complexity. Dry hopped twice for...well, you can never got too much hops :D

Draught @ [ Malmö Öl & Whisky Festival 2016 ] @ Malmömässan, Mässgatan 6, Malmö, Sweden 21532. [ As Kapusta Mosaiic ].Light unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, riped fruit. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, riped fruit, sweet fruit, citrus, hoppy, caramel, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Draft @ Malmö Öl & Whisky Festival 2016. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty grapefruit hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grapefruit hoppy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty grapefruit hoppy bitter finish with weak hints of caramel.
