Dry hopped with Ekuanot - packed with super fresh aromas. The palate is full of apple and apricot notes that are balanced with a floral, moreish finish

Keg at the brewpub in Aberdeen. Translucent greenish yellow with a fleeting white head. Aroma is spicy Nobel hop with light lemon and wheat grains. Flavour is composed of wheat fruity and spicy hop some light citrus in the finish. Palate is light bodied with a crisp dry finish. Very nice.

Bottle from Thistle News, Aberdeen. It pours hazy gold with a thick white head. The nose is fresh, doughy, grass, toasty, farmhouse bread and lemon poppy seed muffin. The taste is crisp, bitter, doughy, apple, pear, citrus peel, spice, lemon sherbet and grass with a dry. Finish. Light-medium body and moderate carbonation. Crisp and drinkable. Nice fresh hoppy Belgian number.

Keg at The Hanging Bat. Hazy pale golden body with a thin white head that holds well. Great lacing. Easily the best looking Six Degrees North beer I’ve tried. Aroma of lemon, dough, grass and coriander seeds. Flavour of lemon, herbs and yeast. Medium body with a frothy texture. Soft fizz. Very nice, refreshing.
