Dry hopped with Ekuanot - packed with super fresh aromas. The palate is full of apple and apricot notes that are balanced with a floral, moreish finish

Glass on a sampler tray, keg at Six Degrees North. A clear pale golden body topped by a filmy layer. Fruity nose of pineapple, hints of grain. Sappy fruity taste of lemon and orange sustained by yeasty fruitiness on the finish. Soft carbonated. Refreshing and easy to drink (Aberdeen 12.04.2016).

Cask at Teuchters Landings , Edinburgh-Leith, Sunday 20th March 2016 in the company of Dad and Barry. Pours pale lemony colour with a clingy white head atop. Refreshing pale with a distinct Belgian twist, a touch dry, fruity with a hoppy edge. Better than the Inveralmond Rascal. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

Tap. Sheffield Tap. Hazy, straw colour. Thin, white head. Bready, and yeasty. Lemon notes. A bit grassy. Grainy malts. Taste is light, grainy sweet. A little dryness. Crisp, and zesty palate. Feels a little thin, though. Short, dry close. Decent. Refreshing.

Bottle from Cork & Cask. Appearance - cloudy golden orange with a nice continental head. Nose - apricots and creamy, like apricot yoghurt or peach melba. Taste - zingy lemon and orange, still some apricot, then some gentle sweet spices, maybe delicate clove. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a dry yeasty finish. Overall - interesting ale and plenty of punch for an unusually low Belgian style alcohol level.

Keg at the Tap East Open Brewhouse Fest 2014 - London. Pours clear yellow, efferveacent, with a creamy white head. Dry pale malt nose with dry lemon peel, biscuits, some slight Belgian yeast. Light sweet flavor with lovely dry doughy biscuit character, slight bitter straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Crisp, dry and clean on the finish with some fuether biscuits, dry dough, hay, lemon peel, background Belgian yeast expressions. Outstanding. I really love this kind of crisp, understated Belgian ale.

Keg at 6DN, 20/06/14. Clear pale yellow topped with moderate off white spotting. Nose is peach, yeast esters, pear drop, citric peel, lemon jus, light hops aroma. Taste comprises orange, spice, lemon rind, straw, Belgian yeast notes. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, tarte citric rinse and light hops in the close. A long way from blow your socks off but an adequate Belgian offering none the less.
