Can shared by Kyle, thanks! Pours near black with a grayish brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has an earthy roast and dark grains with a hint of toffee underlying. Flavor starts with bready dark grains and an earthy roast.

Tap. Pours unclear mahogany, medium beige head, good lacing. Bourbon aroma, hints of tobacco, earth, toffee. Flavor is light plus sweet, medium bitter. Medium body, lingering bitterness

16 oz can from Tavour, 10/23/21. Blend ratio is interesting. Pours a dark brownish color, creamy medium brown head. Streaky lacework. Roasted malt, whiskey, grains, and wood. Dark fruit. Bit of chocolate. It's an interesting mix. Not sure it totally works, but I like it overall. 8/4/7/3/15

16oz can pours a murky cola brown with some wispy beige head. Nose screams barrel, wow, rootbeer and whiskey, cheap whiskey, some tootsie roll, earthy, leafy. Flavor has booze and mocha and tootsie roll, Charleston chew, bakers cocoa, cheap rye whiskey. Finishes way fuller than you expect at 6.5%. Too much barrel for these base beers. Maybe a 8-9month aging blend would have given it the complexity without the booze.
