Tap at Blackwell Opening. Pours cloudy pale amber. Aroma is light funk, lactose, wheat. Body is light, lactic, lightly sour and softly tart, still some fruit, low fizzy carbonation. Rather dry palate, still some funk left. Good.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Blackwell Retro Weisse ].Gusher !! Murky matt light to medium yellow color with a quick (short) and huge, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy tart, sour, citrus, pineapple, dough - baking yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration, tart, pineapple, apple, leomn - citrus, sour, dough, medium dry, peel bitter. Appearance: Bottled 28/5-2016. Hazy yellow, huge amount of white head.
Aroma: Sour, light citrus. Light tartness.
Taste: Pretty damn sour, citrus, fruits. Short aftertaste, luckily.
