Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with medium off white head that lasts. The aroma is nectarine flesh, floral, oak. Slick body, nectarine, guava, lemon, oak, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

Poured from a 750 ml, 2021 vintage club bottle. Aroma is fairly fruity with lots of guava and lighter notes of nectarines. Hints of lemon, grapefruit, green grapes and oak. Light grain notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a hazy, dull, golden orange with a medium sized, medium thick, pillowy white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat acidic with light sweetness and light grain notes. Moderate bitterness with light alcohol notes. Moderate guava notes with much lighter nectarine notes. Hints of lemon, grapefruit and green grapes. Faint oak notes and faint phenolics. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really solid saison but the fruit kind of overwhelms the SARA funk. The guava is nice, but a bit acidic and under ripe.
