Cask-conditioned at the Eldon House, Bristol 15/05/10. Reddish-brown with next to no head. Light, fruity aroma, with a slightly sour edge. Easy drinking, with some berry fruit, a hint of roasted malt, and slightly bitter finish. Ok.

Cask at the Alexandra Arms, Rugby, Warwickshire 06-07-06. Poured a very dark brown with the smallest of frothy head, some woody and roasted notes which carried on through into the taste. All things considered this was quite a pleasant mild.
