Description
We specialise in hand crafted traditional ale using only English whole hops, malted barley, yeast and water, without the use of adjuncts and additives.
The Dow Bridge Brewery was established in 2001 and is owned and run by Head Brewer, Russell Webb. The Brewery is situated in the Leicestershire village of Catthorpe, a short distance from the Roman road known as Watling Street (A5). The brewery takes it's name from the local bridge on the A5 that spans the Avon and is one of the three river crossings that gave the name to the nearby Roman settlement of Tripontium.
