ABV: 5.5%. Clear dark brown colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, wood, cherry, berries. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, tart cherry, chocolate, dark malt, wood - berries, sour malt - coffee. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20200122]

From wooden cask at the Manchester Beer & Cider Festival 24.01.20. Dark brown to ebony. Diminishing brown head. Aroma of sour darkl roasted malt, chocolate, sour coffee and a hint of brett. Dry and slightly sour mouthfeel.
