ABV: 9.2%. Clear dark to medium red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, sweet malt, oxidide, cocoa, initial alcohol, light chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, caramel, brown sugar, chocolate, cocoa, sweet malt, bread notes, light alcohol (initial). Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20200317]

Bottle 50 cl. Pours pitch black and opaque with a little, light brown head. Distinct sweetness in the nose and a vanilla touch. Body is kinda light for 9.2%, but it's very true to style, even with a vague roasty tartness. However, the sweetness obviously dominates. Not bad - if you like (very) sweet Stouts. 221019
