[ As Yonder Pils ].
ABV: 4.7%. Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, bread, light grain, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, grain, bread, sweet malt, light grass, citrus notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Keg at Heidrun, HW, 18/04/19. Clear golden blonde with a decent off white cap that retains well. Nose is grassy, light herb, straw, toasted grains, crackers. Taste comprises gentle citric peel, pale malts, grass, lemon drizzle, light cereals. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Nice refreshing crisp clean pils wiyh a light hop dusting.

Keg at bottle shop druid Street. A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a big Rocky white head. Aroma is nicer rustic cereals, apple, bread, some leafy hop. Flavour is composed of semi sweet stale bread, green veg, Cucumber, bitter grassy hop. Palate is crisp, semi sweet, moderate carbonation. Ok. Bit rough round the edges.
