ABV: 4.3%. Unclear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, candy, moderate to light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, candy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20200121]

Cask at the Coracle in Ironbridge. Thank you to Fiona for driving over. Pours a murky chestnut brown with a decent off white head. Aroma is caramel, biscuit malt, grassy hop. A nice bitter hop hit, balanced with toffee, caramel and a good solid malt backbone leaving a dry, bitter finish. Lovely a smooth. Cracking

Cask at the Kings Arms Bethnal Green. A light hazed copper coloured pour with a fine off white head. Aroma is orange rind, bready grains, zippy orange, mild rye, hint of buttered bread. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rustic toasted malts, rye bread, earrhy pine, orange rind, hint of liquorice. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, mild condition. Fine.
