On cask at that old worldy pub in Cartmel where Pope got his 50 against RSA. Appearance - autumnal red to brown. Nose - tart red fruit like cranberry but more like sloe. Wood spice like a hint of cinnamon but ginger dominant. Taste - yeah ginger and tart sloe again. Palate - tangy and bitter at the same time. Dry tart finish. Overall - interesting and good. Probably more interesting than good.
