Bottle at Ferguson, pours a cloudy bright golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of complex funky wild critters, with some oak, and rustic saison notes. Flavour is only lightly tart, with lots of wild funky critters, followed by oak, some tannins, and light-medium tartness. Perfectly balanced, with loads of depth. Complex and a pleasure to sip.
