Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2015 [ The 40th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 8th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Waen Chocolate Button ].Clear dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, dark malt, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dark malt, roasted - toasted - chocolate, apple, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151007] 5-3-6-3-13

Gravity cask at Nottingham festival 2015. Brown color. Floral cocoa aroma. Taste is herbal and lightly bitter chocolate. Nice.
