Cask at pigs ear 2019. A light hazed dull yellow straw coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is waxy, spicy silage, grass,. Flavour is composed of grains, straw, hay, grassy hop, hay, silage. Palate is grainy, drying, fine cask condition.

ABV: 4.5%. Unclear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate yeasty - hoppy, fruity yeast - fruity hops, sweet yeast, light anis seed. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet yeast, fruity yeast - fruity hops, pale malt, fruity malt, light anis seed. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20191203]
