A German ale with Belgian influences. Expect spicy phenols from the Abbey yeast backed up by Eucalyptus notes from the Polaris hops and a hint of mandarin with a long dry finish.

Caramel brown, clear, thin white head
Aroma - Caramel malts, soft esters, odd note
Taste of caramel malt, soft toffee, light esters, plasticy chlorine note ruins the flavour
Palate - Medium carb and body, soft sweet. Finish of soft sweet malts.
Overall - Off note spoilt this beer
