Bottle @ Sirmione, Lago di Garda. Pours golden with a fading white head, some floaties. Aroma of malt, grass, light sweet, honey, hay. Flavor is light sweet, malt, grain, yeast, light honey, sweet fruit. Medium body, lively carbonation. 120815

Bottled, 0.75l. Hazy amber color with thin creamy off-white head, nice lacing and tiny flowing body particles. Aroma of orange peel, apricots, yeast and honey. Taste starts with sweet and sour grainy malt, following is fresh fruity and yeasty, mouthfeel is spicy, while finish is moderate herbal bitter. Medium to full body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Now I certainly like Verdi...
