Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2015 [ The 40th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 8th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Three Blind Mice Sinister Finger ].Clear medium to dark amber - red brown color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dark malt, toasted - roasted, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, dark malt, tropical fruit, citrus, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151007] 7-3-8-3-15

Tried at the Nottingham beer festival 2015. Ruby black colour with a tan head. Big hoppy citrus and pine aroma with the roasted malt. Decent bitter taste and aftertaste.

Gravity cask at Nottingham festival with fonefan, Charlotte, Boudicca & chriso. Hazy maroon. Aroma of pine and cocoa. Taste is roasty, bitter finish. Nice.
