Smoothie Sour with Raspberry Puree and Soft Serve Mix Added
A Sapwood smoothie sour... what a time to be alive! We loaded this batch with raspberry puree, and Dole Whip (vegan soft-serve ice cream mix). It's sweet with a thick texture from all of the fruit and the richness of the soft serve. Each sip is like digging into a bowl of raspberry gelato!
Roll the can before opening to ensure an even texture in the glass!

Can from Beerdome. Hazy deep red without head. Aroma is sweet, malty, heavy raspberry and lactose. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. 150524

Pours a slurry hazy reddish from a can, thick frothy head. Big berry aroma is fantastic, similar flavor. Very good beer.
