Um Platz für die neue Bierlieferung zu schaffen, wird dieses BIer schnell mal verkostet. Allerdings ist es mit dem schnell mal aufgrund der Schwere, aber auch Aromentiefe nicht so einfach. So hat es schöne schokoladige und kaffeeige Aromen, welche gepaart mit einer leichten Mango und Kokos-Note fein harmonieren. Der große Klumpfuß ist, dass es sehr alkoholisch, fast schon spritig ist, was es schon fast unangenhm zu trinkn macht, wenn man solche Biere nicht gewöhnt ist. Meiner Schwiegermutter, welche Freude an schweren, schwarzen Bieren hat, hat es auf jeden Fall sehr gefallen.

Can from Beerdome. Black with a brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, cocoa and vanilla. Flavor is quite sweet and lightbitter. Sweet finish with a little warming alcohol. Short finish for an impy. 040423

0,2l on tap @ One Pint Pub. Pours very dark brown with a high tan head. Aroma is sweet roasted malts with chocolate, lactose. Flavor is sweet roasted malts, lactose, chocolate, alcohol, hops. Tasty.

On tap at Mikkeller Bar - Barcelona, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out bourbon-soaked vanilla beans, light cocoa, and a hint of roast. Flavour is chocolatey and boozy, with plenty of vanilla, bourbon, and chocolate. Moderate roast holds this together, with a vanilla and chocolate finish. A little hot and rough, but tasty enough. Solid stuff.
