Using a traditional German style twist to our trademark lager to create a full bodied nostalgic taste with a slight bitter kick and subtle hints of flower and spice aromas.
Pair this beer up with seafood, chicken, pork or beef – this lager works with all food types and especially effective when teamed up with spicy foods.

As Bill Chawkes Legacy Lager (untapped said it is this one). Nose is buttery, a bit sweet. Palate starts nice but the aftertaste kills it. Mediocre lager

Keg at the Windsor, Dundalk, 21/09/18. Clear golden to copper with a decent white cap of bubbles. Nose is pale malts, grains, light citric drizzle, corn, crackers. Taste comprise pale malts, sweet notes, hint of honey, toasted grains, cereals, straw, light caramel. Medium bodied, light prickly carbonation, semi drying close. Decent for the style if a touch on the sweet side.
