Our first crack at a weissbier, we started out with big ambitions of recreating the classic German-style and we think we pulled it off! A beautiful golden hazy beer with those phenolic notes that are so heavily associated with the style. Prost.

Sample courtesy Grumbo. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, citrus hops, fruits, flowers, amlt and has a nice hoppy yeasty finish.

Can from White Cross, Lancaster. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, fruity and light hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 090220
